Roof SPEC offers not only a complete roof specification but also our guarantee
that the specification fully complies with all relevant standards and regulations.
In addition we guarantee that the roof will remain weathertight for a period not
less than 15 years, provided that it has been designed and constructed in compliance
with the specification issued by Sandtoft.
To complement our extensive range, Sandtoft has developed a library of CAD details
for all our products that will save you time.
Sandtoft offers this practical service to help ensure the complete roof system
has been correctly quantified. Send your drawings to Technical Services to obtain

Use Sandtoft's fixing specification service to ensure your roof is designed in
accordance with British Standards and to significantly reduce the long term risk

Sandtoft Training and Assessment Centre (STAC)
The Sandtoft Training and Assessment Centre (STAC) achieved accredited assessment
centre status in May 2002 for NVQs in Roof Slating and Tiling at level 2 and Level
3. This enables Sandtoft to assist roofing contractors in meeting the growing
requirement to obtain their qualifications and thereby fully renewable CSCS cards.
